Switch to the treadmill and do ten minutes of jogging to keep up the fat burn and use a little extra calories.When you begin to lose weight, you feel as though you are the only one who notices the size drop in your clothing, then the reality begins to hit home, as others start complimenting you on the loss.It is possible that some of the natural emotions that come along with your body taking on a new shape, will surprise you to know that they exist within your being! Don’t be alarmed, be smart, remember as we had to assess why we carried those extra 30, 40, 50 or 100 and more pounds, we now have to assess what it means to not have them clinging to this new found tightly toned, very attractive body!
Remember if you will, part of the reason you were able to lose the excess pounds in the first place, is that you put into perspective, what was important in your life!  Health was a major concern for losing the pounds, not to be skinny, but to have a toned and healthy body to pack your spirit around in!   Nothing wrong with being excited to be accomplishing your dream weight and body mass condition. You will want however, to remember who you are.
